Throw1Deep is a federal non-profit organization designed to support high school student-athletes earn a college scholarship by teaching a healthy and world-class lifestyle, while providing a FUNdamental environment that engenders hard and focused work combined with proper teachnique and strength training.

Mike Judge, who founded the club in 1999, graduated from the University of Georgia (UGA) and, as a full track and field scholarship athlete, held both the shot put and javelin records at UGA.

Coach Judge is a Level 3 USATF Certified Coach, IAAF Level 5 Certified Coach, and teaches both Level 1 and Level 2 USATF Coaches Education. Coach Mike’s primary goal is to get college scholarships for as many high school student-athletes as possible each year.
